Design Brief
Conversion of attic into usable space. The client wanted a hobby room over the maximum area of the roof. The low pitch and head room was restrictive and would have resulted in limited space if a loft conversion only had been undertaken. With all professional services provided by PCC Construction Services the project was taken from initial design right through to completion of finishes.
Technical Info
Extension of building achieved by lifting the existing roof. New steel support structure and sawn timber floors and roof covered using existing tiles with additional matching roof. New roof windows added along with plumbing and electric.
The project took 3 months to design and obtain approvals and 3 months to build.
