Costs & Fees

Our design package for a loft conversion is a one off fee and costs in the region of £1,800. This depends on the size and complication of the loft conversion. For this we include a technical survey, design consultation for the layout, set of technical drawings and set of structural calculations.

Once a design has been prepared a full costing for the loft conversion can be provided. The cost of a loft conversion will vary depending on size and geographical location but most loft conversions can be achieved for a cost of £18,000 - £30,000 in most parts of the UK.
